SHIPPING

• Shipping is available to all countries within Europe. The shipping costs for your country can be calculated in your shipping cart after adding products.
• Completed orders are shipped within 1-3 days unless otherwise stated. All orders are shipped from Belgium with a tracking number; you will receive your tracking link in your inbox on the day your order is dispatched.
• The delivery time depends on the destination country. For Belgium, the usual delivery time is 1-3 days, while for other countries within Europe, it ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. Please note that these times may vary depending on the courier's workload.
• Free shipping in Belgium from €70, in the Netherlands and Germany from €85, in France and Luxembourg from €95, and for all other European countries from €120.
• There is an option to pick up your order for free in Antwerp. You can select this option after adding products to your cart to avoid shipping costs. You will receive an email to schedule an appointment for the collection of your order. Make sure to check your spam folder too.
• If you'd like to place an order but live outside Europe, feel free to contact us, and we'll see what we can do.

 

RETURNS

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To do so, please contact us via info@heidi-in-heartland.com including your order number and name. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Once we have received the product in good condition, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
• Your order is packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in good condition. However, if your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via info@heidi-in-heartland.com with a photo of the damaged product so we can assess the situation and take the necessary steps to replace it.
• Exchanges are possible by returning your order and placing a new order once the return has been accepted. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
